International Cricket Board has organized World T20 Cup 2021 in the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The tournament which started on 17th October had 16 teams in total, where 8 among them already had a place in the super 12, and the remaining 8 fought to get a spot in the Super 12 stage. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Scotland and Namibia were among the 8 teams who had to reserve a place in the Super 12 and they did after defeating Ireland, Netherland, Papua New Guinea, and Oman.
